Rebecca Thompson is the Owner of CLR Virtual Connection.  She started her business so that she could use her love of social media and  combine it with her administrative skills to help others run their business better. She is a Certified HootSuite Professional and a Certified Social Media Specialist and coaches some clients in Social Media.  She has a Bachelors Degree in Education and a Masters Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.  She has strong skills in social media, web 2.0, data entry, internet research (market and competitor), customer service and contact management.  She has worked in the public and private sectors for many years, including non-profit and for profit industries.  She has been the receptionist and the director and everything in between in her professional life.  In her college years, she planned and organized many events and has become very experienced in backward calendaring. She has facilitated leadership workshops on teamwork, communication, learning styles and time management. She has created training manuals, presentations, forms, databases, flyers, brochures, newsletters, etc.

She is a creative, innovative and logical thinker.  She believes in thinking both inside and outside the box, as the situations arise.  She is characterized as being efficient, loyal, honest, and a risk taker at times.  She believes in balance in her professional and personal lives and practices balance regularly.
